Andy is a retired Navy senior chief. After enlisting in the Navy in 1988 he retired in 2014. He has five deployments to the Middle East and received a Combat Action ribbon when his ship came under a terrorist attack in Aqaba Jordan. After retiring from the Navy and the purchased Freedom Boat club. In 2018 they opened their first location in Portsmouth Virginia and they now have three locations one in Norfolk and the other in Newport news. Andy is the president of the Old Town Business Association and is active in the community.
