Neal is the Co-founder and CEO of PicThrive, the photo and video sales platform used by hundreds of adventure tour operators throughout the world to streamline and grow their business.

Prior to founding PicThrive with his brother, Neal worked for Investment Banks where he analyzed investments in public companies. He has traveled extensively and did a year-long backpacking trip around the world where he uncovered the need for PicThrive.
